“The Beasts” Tennis Squad Personal Fitness Plans

The leadership team of “The Beasts” Tennis Squad truly believe that in order to have consistent performance in the game of tennis an athlete must build a strong foundation of both physical strength and conditioning. Since both Coach Nick and Coach Adam have limited time with each of our members during training sessions, we at “The Beasts” Tennis Squad saw it fit to expanded our services even further!

As a free promotion for the month of June 2018, Coach Adam will be offering to provide weekly personal fitness plans to all of our clients within our team. This service is normally only included to our members who participate in our personal training program and we want all of our members to experience the benefits that a personalized fitness plan can provide to an athlete. Each fitness plan will be catered to an individual team member’s skill level, age, fitness goals, and adaptive exercise needs. If you don’t absolutely love the results you’ve gained during your trial period you can cancel the service at no additional cost to you!

  • Contact Coach Adam either through text or phone call at 609-532-2339 to setup a 1-on-1 consultation.
  • Consultations can be conducted over the phone, through email, or in person upon member's request.
  • 1-on-1 personal training instruction can also be arranged to ensure proper technique and body positioning during exercise routines to promote maximum performance improvements, while also preventing injury for our athletes.
  • The free month trial of weekly workout plans starts the day that you receive your first workout plan via email.
  • Workout plans can be catered to any fitness goal, sport, and scheduling availability.
  • Workout plans can be created for individuals ranging from age 6 to adults.
  • After the trial period is over, a personal fitness plan subscription fee will be applied based on the complexity of a fitness regime and an individual’s specific scheduling needs.
  • If your not satisfied with your results, you can cancel your personal fitness plan subscription at anytime.
